WHAT'S INCLUDED: *Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) Analysis- 321 questions used to pinpoint organ and systemic dysfunction as well as nutritional deficiencies. You will answer questions in regards to symptom presentation and severity. *45-Minute Initial health consultation via Zoom to go over your health history from birth until present day and review your assessment results. *Allgood Eats Diet & Lifestyle Guide *Dietary & Supplement recommendations based on your NAQ results to get you started towards feeling better with 20% off all orders through Fullscript *Resources: If needed, I'll give you names of amazing doctors, health professionals and testing you should seek out if to get to the bottom of your health problems. I will also send you links to websites that will be beneficial for further education. *If you have more you would like to discuss please book a Follow-Up Coaching or choose the 3 month package. *Upgrade to a 3 month coaching package within the first 30 days of initial zoom coaching call and the price of your Jump Start Nutrition Coaching will be deducted from your 3 month package price. *All sales final
